England men's team bowling coach David Saker feels that England's bowling group is perfectly balanced with a good mixture of fast bowlers and spinners which will help the team in the hunt for the World title.

Saker, the former Victoria fast bowler who was a key factor in England's triumphant Ashes tour of 2010-11, was recently appointed as the bowling coach by the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) to assist the bowlers and head coach Matthew Mott. He joined the squad in Pakistan ahead of the seven-match T20I in Karachi.

Speaking to Sky Sports ahead of the final T20I of the series, Saker said he is confident that England will do well in the multi-nation tournament with the current crop of bowlers.

"There was a little bit of talk that the options weren't as broad as some other teams, but I'm pretty confident we're in a really good space with our bowlers," David Saker told Sky Sports.

Saker underlined the importance of the variety of options a team should have for the ICC events. He further said that he is happy with the progress of the English bowlers in the ongoing series in Pakistan.

"They're in really good health. We've got left and right-arm options, we've got Mark Wood with a bit of pace and we've got spin options. At World Cups, you need as many options as you can have and I've been really impressed by the guys out here.
