Harry Brook, who made his T20I debut earlier this year, is now a part of the English touring party to Pakistan. The cricketer seems to have put his PSL experience to good use for his country, considering he has already minted 188 runs from just four innings from the tour thus far.

Moreover, the right-handed batter was at his imperial best in the third T20I. The 23-year-old clubbed the Pakistani bowling attack across Karachi’s National Stadium for a 35-ball 81*. He also listed scores of 42*, 31 and 34 in the other three games to mark handy runs for his side throughout the series.

Brook’s recent batting recitals in Pakistan has now earned him an admirer in England’s interim captain Moeen Ali, who has hailed his batting approach and his ability to bat 360 degrees.

Moeen Ali heaps special praise on Brook

Legendary English all-rounder Moeen Ali has been impressed with Brook’s dynamics with the bat. In his column for the Daily Mail, the senior warhorse stated that the youngster played with real class to guide his side to victory in the third match of the series.

He also praised Brook’s counterattacking partnership with Ben Duckett in the same contest, where the duo shared a 139-run unbeaten stand from just 69 deliveries. The England skipper said:

“Harry Brook came in and played with real class to take us home.

“Harry Brook and Ben Duckett — their partnership was outstanding. One of the best I’ve seen in England colours in T20 cricket.

“Brooky really is a 360-degree player who plays proper cricket shots and he’s got all the tricks in the book — scoop, sweep, you name it, he has it.”
