Pakistan announced their T20I World Cup 2022 squad earlier today and the Men in Green have confirmed the squad for the upcoming England series as well.

England have travelled to Pakistan for the first time in 17 years and the two teams will compete in a seven match T20I series.

The seven matches will be held in Karachi and Lahore with the National Stadium hosting the first four matches, while the Gaddafi Stadium will host the final three matches.

Shaheen Shah Afridi remains a notable absentee for Pakistan. However, the talented pacer is all set to return for the T20I World Cup later this year in Australia.

Shan Masood has been finally given a chance to showcase his abilities after being overlooked for the Asia Cup 2022. There have been calls from fans and pundits to give him an opportunity to establish himself as a mainstay in the Pakistan lineup in recent months.
