As the T20 World Cup nears its commencement, all the teams are busy drawing out the plans to have the best shot at lifting the coveted trophy.

Meanwhile, England, after announcing a 15-member squad for the showpiece tournament, have brought diversity to their coaching set-up.

As announced by the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB), the side will boast of the experience of David Saker and Michael Hussey in the upcoming events as the two come on board in the role of coaching consultants.

Saker, who was England's bowling coach from 2010-15, will form a part of the coaching staff immediately as The Three Lions will take a tour of Pakistan for a seven-match T20I series.

Hussey will assume his role in the nearing T20 World Cup. The Australian legend is also the batting coach of a successful Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise, Chennai Super Kings.

Reportedly, Hussey and Saker's names were recommended by Matthew Mott, who is the head coach of England men's team in white-ball cricket.
