BCCI President Sourav Ganguly is optimistic about India's pressure-handling capabilities and the presence of experienced players to prevail against Pakistan in the Asia Cup 2022.
The mouth-watering clash between the arch-rivals will take place on Sunday (28 August). The fixture will set the tone for both teams, to get confidence under their belt to go deep in the biennial tournament.
In their last meeting in T20 WC 2021, Pakistan secured their maiden win against the Men in Blue in the ICC events.
In a recent media interaction, Ganguly hailed India's impressive track record against Pakistan in the World Cups. Further, the 50-year-old thinks the experienced Indian players have the ability to handle pressure in crunch moments.
