The first Test star Shafique couldn't score big in the second Test as he was dismissed for a duck in the first innings and scored just 16 off 55 in the second innings.

Babar Azam, who is currently enjoying a brilliant run of form with the bat, was the standout performer for Pakistan in the first Test alongside Abdullah Shafique.

The Pakistan skipper struck a brilliant hundred (119) in the first innings of the 1st Test against Sri Lanka and followed it with a gritty half-century (55) in the second innings to lead his side to a 4-wicket victory.
