"You generational bottle job": Nurul Hasan gets trolling of a lifetime before Super Over drop

A classic thriller of an encounter between Bangladesh and the West Indies, which the visitors won, but not before the game went into the Super Over. All thanks to wicket-keeper Nurul Hasan's drop on the very final delivery, the match went into the Super Over.

Nurul Hasan's costly drop took the match to the Super Over

The Bangladesh side batted first and posted 213 runs. Following this, the match, which was expected to favour Bangladesh, saw West Indies putting up a solid fight, courtesy of skipper Shai Hope's 53 not out.

However, despite that, the Caribbean team showed immense fight as they took the match to the very last delivery, when three runs were required. Khary Pierre skied a delivery that Nurul Hasan could have taken, but dropped. The West Indian batters, meanwhile, ran two runs, and the match then went into the Super Over.

During the Super Over, the West Indies scored 10 runs, and Bangladesh needed 11 to win off the last six deliveries, which they couldn't. The visitors won with just one run, thanks to Akeal Hosein's tidy Super Over.

The game, which saw 213 equal 213, was a unique one-day game in Dhaka that exceeded all expectations. However, despite that, wicketkeeper Nurul Hasan, who dropped Khary Pierre on the final delivery of the game, proved to be the villain for the Bangladesh side. Following this, he was trolled heavily online by social media users.
