Kiran slammed a 25-ball fifty to set up a record chase. She hit four sixes during the process and turned the matchup one-sided.

Needless to say, a comprehensive win over the mighty force of MI-W will massively boost UP's confidence. They have struggled in the field as usual, which is concerning. But Navgire's efforts have brought back the momentum, which is an encouraging sign.

While UP Warriorz broke through the shackles, Gujarat Giants Women are still searching for their maiden win this season. Their squad has lacked balance and desired firepower at the top.

GG-W witnessed a batting collapse twice this WPL 2024 season and has failed to put up enough runs on the board.

Skipper Beth Mooney and Gardner's form has been concerning, whereas Indian stars Harleen Deol and Veda Krishnamurthy messed up good starts.

Overall, Gujarat Giants women need to fix a lot of things, and perhaps a couple of changes could change the tide. Laura Wolvaardt could be called up in place of Phoebe Litchfield. Laura can bat at the top and is capable of causing destruction.
