Two-times World Cup winner West Indies will meet Oman in their final ICC CWC Qualifiers 2023 when both sides clash in Match 7 of the Super Sixes stage. The match will be held at Harare Sports Club in Harare, with both teams playing for pride after being knocked out of the tournament.

Favourites to qualify ahead of the CWC Qualifiers 2023, the West Indies have fallen from grace and how. With three losses in the Super Sixes stage, the Shai Hope-led XI have been guilty of poor bowling and lacklustre batting, which sees the former two-time T20 World Cup winners unable to book a ticket to India.
The likes of Nicholas Pooran and Hope have been the most consistent batters for Windies, while apart from Alazzari Joseph, no other bowler has stood out for the Men in Maroon. West Indies will want to finish the competition on a high, and win their last two matches.

Oman, who started off the campaign with back-to-back wins over Ireland and UAE, have fallen short against stronger teams. The associate nation will be without regular skipper Zeeshan Maqsood, who is out for 2-3 weeks and will be led by Aqib Ilyas.
Batting will revolve around all-rounder Ayaan Khan and Kashyap Prajapati, who have scored 285 and 219 runs, respectively. The bowling has been ably spearheaded by Bilal Khan and Fayyaz Butt, with 13 and 11 scalps, respectively.
Other like Ilyas, Mohammed Nadeem, and Shoaib Khan will want to finish the tournament in style and notch up a major upset.
