After a disastrous campaign in the World Cup qualifiers, West Indies will be desperate for a turnaround in their upcoming home series against the subcontinent giants, India. The much-awaited tour, comprising ten international fixtures, begins Wednesday, with both teams colliding in the first of the two Test matches at Windsor Park, Roseau, Dominica.

Talking about India, the Rohit Sharma-led outfit will be eager to start from scratch, overcoming the scars of the second WTC final, which they lost to Australia last month. As two spirited units gear up to fight the battle for resurgence, here we provide you with the weather forecast of the venue.

Windsor Park, Dominica Weather Forecast

As fans of both teams get excited for a cracking beginning to the series, the weather Gods seem to be kind towards them, with the chances of precipitation reading as low as twenty per cent for the majority of the Test match. The weather on the first four days will be partly cloudy, with the sun beaming out sparingly throughout the day. The temperature will vary from 27 to 30 degrees Celsius, promising ideal playing conditions for Test cricket.

However, the fifth day could witness a rain-curtailed affair, with the AccuWeather predicting almost forty per cent chances of precipitation on Sunday. So, if the game moves to the final day, we could see it being concluded on a stalemate.
