India will lock horns against Bangladesh in the third and final T20I of their series at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad on October 12. The Suryakumar Yadav-led Indian side has already secured a series win with a 2-0 lead and will aim to complete a clean sweep over Najmul Shanto's squad. However, weather concerns loom over the highly anticipated fixture as rain has been forecasted for the city.

India has showcased a commanding performance in the series so far, having clinched victories in both the first two T20Is. In the opening match held in Gwalior, India chased down Bangladesh's target with remarkable ease. The second match in Delhi saw the Indian bowlers at their best, delivering a clinical performance to dismantle the Bangladeshi lineup and secure the series.

Weather Update And Potential Impact On the Match

Hyderabad experienced thundershowers on Friday evening, which led to covers being placed over the stadium. According to AccuWeather.com, the city is expected to face more rain on Saturday morning, with forecasts predicting at least two hours of heavy downpours.

These showers could potentially affect the outfield and pitch conditions, especially in the early hours, but the weather is expected to clear up by the evening when the match is set to begin at 7:00 PM IST.

While rain during the morning hours could result in a damp outfield, it is expected that grounds staff will work diligently to prepare the pitch and ensure play can start on time. Nevertheless, depending on the intensity of the rain, there could be some residual wet patches in the outfield, which may impact fielding and ball movement.

It is expected that the match should proceed on time with the hope that the forecasted clear skies for the evening hold true.
