In an unfortunate turn of events, rain has interrupted the action for the second time in the ongoing Test match between India and West Indies at Port of Spain, Trinidad. The first session saw India's dominance over the hosts, as Mohammed Siraj derailed the West Indies innings through a spectacular fifer. After the hosts were bundled out for 255 in their first innings, India cruised to 98 for one, thanks to Rohit Sharma's belligerent fifty, before a rain interruption forced the umpires to call for an early lunch break.

The second session had a slightly delayed start, courtesy of the inclement weather conditions. As soon as the game resumed, Jomel Warrican removed Yashasvi Jaiswal to bring smiles back to the Windies camp. However, only three overs could be possible as the drizzle returned, forcing the players to make their way back to the dugout.

Port Of Spain Weather Forecast For Day 4 & 5

The first three days of the Test match witnessed uninterrupted action between the two teams. However, the weather forecast for the last two days doesn't seem promising, with rain predicted for most parts of the day. The fourth and fifth days will likely see significant rainfall playing spoilsport, as AccuWeather predicts around 60-70 per cent precipitation on each day.

Regarding the game, India are in a commanding position, leading their counterparts by 301 runs with eight wickets in hand. As of writing, Shubman Gill and Ishan Kishan were unbeaten on 10* and 8*, respectively.
