The Indian women’s cricket team is all set to play a five-match T20I series against Sri Lanka. The series will begin on Sunday, December 21. The first two matches will be played at the ACA-VDCA Cricket Stadium in Visakhapatnam.

After that, both teams will move to Thiruvananthapuram, where the last three matches will be held at the Greenfield International Stadium.

This series is important for India, as the team seeks strong, reliable players who can support the main stars and continue performing well until the next Women’s World Cup. 

Many key players from India’s World Cup-winning team are returning for this series. Harmanpreet Kaur will lead the team as captain, while Smriti Mandhana will serve as vice-captain.
