Sri Lanka is set to host an exhilarating new cricket tournament, the Lanka T10 Super League, in partnership with T10 Global Sports. The tournament, will take place from December 11 to 19, and all the matches will be played at Pallekele International Stadium in Kandy. 

The six participating franchises are Colombo Jaguars, Galle Marvels, Jaffna Titans, Hambantota Bangla Tigers, Kandy Bolts, and Nuwara Eliya Kings. The teams will battle it out in a round-robin format, with each team playing against one another across the tournament’s first phase. 

After the conclusion of the round-robin phase, the top two teams on the points table will progress to Qualifier 1. The winner of this match will secure a direct place in the final.

On December 19, the action intensifies with Qualifier 2, where the loser of Qualifier 1 will have another shot at the final, facing off against the winner of the Eliminator. The Eliminator, set to be played on December 19 as well, will feature the third and fourth-ranked teams from the group stage.
