Virat Kohli does not forget when it comes to giving back to his opposition. On Sunday evening, during Match 62 of IPL 2024 between RCB and Delhi Capitals, he did something similar to one of his best friends, Ishant Sharma, although it was all in a funny way.

Earlier in the game, Ishant teased Virat just after picking up his wicket. The duo, who hail from Delhi, had a wholesome moment in the middle of M. Chinnaswamy Stadium, leaving the crowd erupting. Kohli was smiling as well, making it nothing but a funny banter.

Then, while Ishant came to bat at No. 11 while chasing 188, Kohli went straight to Ishant with a big smile on his face. In fact, he made an absolutely similar gesture, bringing joy to the crowd when there was nothing left in the game.

Ishant remained not out on 0 off 4 balls, as DC were bundled out for a paltry total of 140 in just 19.1 overs. Cameron Green, who chipped in with both bat and ball, was rewarded with the Player of the Match award.
