Rohit Sharma is one of the greatest cricketers of this generation and since the time he made his debut in 2007, there was no doubt that the young boy from Maharashtra will go onto become one of the finest batters of the game.

After a slow start to his career, he got into his groove around 2013 and since then, has been absolutely unstoppable. He has notched up his seventh century in World Cup cricket now, going past the great Sachin Tendulkar and has slammed it in just 63 balls, the fastest by an Indian cricketer in World Cup.
