Stylish English batter Tom Kohler-Cadmore has been prolific in this format for a while, and that was evident during Sharjah Warriorz's clash against Gulf Giants, where the right-hander outpowered everyone with the bat while smashing gigantic hits all over the park. His innings of 83 not out from 56 balls took Sharjah to a thrilling victory.

During the third ball of the eighth over of the chase, Tom struck a boundary against his country-mate Rehan Ahmed, and his shot on the next delivery was nothing short of spectacular.

Kohler-Cadmore Teaches Rehan Ahmed A Lesson

With pressure mounting on the batting side to get some runs, TKC, as he is fondly known, pushed in the sixth gear to whack an astonishing 104m six over the bowler's head, who could only watch it sail in disbelief.

The ball went miles back over the boundary and, in fact, landed in the stands where the camera crew were stationed, where they were completely awestruck by this hit. This much-needed six kept Sharjah in the hunt as Kohler-Cadmore was the man on a mission.

The Englishmen batted till the end and scored a magnificent 83 not out from just 56 balls, carrying his side to victory almost single-handedly. Tom Kohler-Cadmore played for RR in IPL 2024, but will not be part of any team in the upcoming season and this knock is a timely reminder to all the franchises incase they need a replacement due to an injury.

Sharjah Taste Success After Three Consecutive Defeats Against Gulf Giants

In what turned out to be an absolute classical thriller, Sharjah earned a relieving victory against the Giants after failing to beat them in the previous three encounters. All this happened due to TKC's effort, which helped his side chase down 175 with support from middle-order batter Rohan Mustafa (45).

Earlier, Gulf, on the back of Rehan Ahmed, Jordan Cox and Shimron Hetmyer, pushed their side's score to 174 as Sharjah skipper Tim Southee picked three wickets to his name.
