Pooja Vastrakar burst on the scene few years back as a talented seam-bowling all-rounder destined to be a big match-winner for India. However, she lost her way in between, only to find her form back in recent times again, and is now delivering consistently. 

She took two wickets in the first game against Pakistan in Women's Asia Cup, and now against U.A.E too, she got the better of Rinitha Rajitha, number 3 batter in style.

She took the wicket on the final delivery of the powerplay with a pacy length delivery. The batter made room and tried to work it away, but she missed it completely and the ball knocked over the off-pole in style. The ball actually seamed away slightly and that helped it to beat the outside edge of the bat and hand Pooja her first wicket of the match.

Earlier, India scored 201 batting first with Richa Ghosh unleashing her full might with 64* off just 29 balls. She hit 12 fours and a six and Indian skipper Harmanpreet Kaur also scored 66 to take India to a massive total after initial hiccups.
