Pakistan are currently up against South Africa in the 1st T20I of the three-match series and are in the middle of a tense chase. South Africa posted 183 while batting first and in reply, Pakistan lost Babar Azam early.
Saim Ayub played some glorious shots but he too departed and that brought Usman Khan on the pitch. He too could not score much and fell for just 9 off 8 balls. However, even in that brief stay, he managed to get into an altercation with Andile Simelane.
It was the fifth ball of the seventh over and Usman Khan had hit a boundary on the previous delivery. The fifth ball was a single but on his way towards the bowler's end, Usman Khan shouldered Simelane, and that did not go well with the South African pacer.

The duo were then involved in a bit of heated chat and experienced Rassie van der Dussen also made sure that Usman Khan understands his mistake. The situation did not go out of hands and Usman Khan eventually departed in the 10th over off the bowling of George Linde.
Rizwan at the other end also struggled to get going and played under run-a-ball in the run chase of 184 which proved costly for Pakistan.
Earlier, David Miller smashed 82 off just 40 balls to kept South Africa going in the first innings even though they kept losing wickets. His knock was backed by George Linde's fantastic cameo of 48 and Pakistan faltered a strong position just like they have done in the past in this format.
