Nuwan Thushara, the 29-year-old speedster from Sri Lanka, made his IPL debut on Monday (April 22) in Match 38 of the ongoing edition at Sawai Mansingh Stadium, Jaipur. However, he did not like how Hardik Pandya put an effort to stop a ball when he was bowling, leading him to be angry with the MI skipper. 

It was the last ball of the sixth over by debutant Thushara, who came to bowl at Yashasvi Jaiswal. The RR opener played a beautiful drive between extra cover and mid-off, although the ball could have been easily stopped. Hardik, despite the dive, let the ball go, which somehow did not like Thushara, particularly because it made an expensive 17-run over.

Hardik, however, did not react to that, as he started to collect the ball with a smile on his face.

Meanwhile, there is a rain in Jaipur, which interrupted the contest just when RR completed six overs. They have raced to 61/0 while the DLS score at this point stands at 41.

Earlier, Sandeep Sharma's 5/18 restricted Mumbai to 179/9 after Tilak Varma and Nehal Wadhera set the stage on fire.
