Pakistan's fiery pacer Naseem Shah once again shined as bright as ever. He got the big wicket of Litton Das and provided his team with a much-needed breakthrough in the 1st Test between Pakistan and Bangladesh at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium, Rawalpindi.

Litton, who had been a formidable opponent for the PAK bowlers, departed after a commendable innings, scoring a well-made 56 off 78 balls. His knock included eight boundaries and one maximum.

In the last ball of the 101 over, Naseem's first over of the day, he bowled a hard length delivery outside off. It got some extra bounce as Litton Das stayed back, looking to run it down the third man. 

However, little did he expect that the extra bounce would prove troublesome for him as he got an outside edge. Mohammad Rizwan, who was stationed right behind the stumps, took a simple catch, and with this, the Men In Green scalped their sixth one.

They needed this wicket as the 114-run partnership was proving too hot for them to handle. 

Resilient Bangladesh Continues To Trouble Pakistan

Previously, PAK was declared at 448/6 after remarkable knocks by Mohd Rizwan and Saud Shakeel. Bangladesh started cautiously but lost wickets in a bunch whenever they did. At the time of writing, Bangladesh trails by 94 runs.
