RCB's young keeper-batter Anuj Rawat had a memorable day on the field this evening, as he helped his team post a respectable total through his fireworks. 

However, after hammering 48 runs off 25 balls, the swashbuckling southpaw was run out on the final ball of the innings, with MS Dhoni grabbing the limelight through his reflexes. 

After deciding to bat first, RCB suffered a batting collapse, with Mustafizur Rahman claiming four wickets. However, Dinesh Karthik and Rawat ensured RCB's commendable fightback, stitching a priceless stand for the sixth wicket. 

The incident occurred in the final over of RCB's innings when CSK skipper Ruturaj Gaikwad handed the ball to Tushar Deshpande. 

The pacer, who took the most wickets for the franchise last year, had a forgettable day in the office, conceding 47 runs in his four-over spell. He bowled a full-length delivery, which Karthik missed, with the ball being collected cleanly by MS Dhoni. 

As the RCB batters tried to steal a single, Dhoni showed his sharp reflexes and hit the stumps, finding Rawat short of the crease.
