With a thunderous delivery clocking at a staggering 150.4 kmph, Pathirana sent Mitchell Marsh back to the pavilion with a lightning yorker that left the Australian swinging and missing by a mile.

It was the 15th over of the match, and the tension was palpable as Pathirana steamed in to bowl. With precise accuracy and sheer pace, he unleashed a searing yorker aimed directly at the middle stump. 

Marsh, caught off guard by the ferocity of the delivery, was unable to react in time, leaving his stumps shattered and his innings cut short at just 18 runs.

Earlier in the match, Delhi Capitals had seen a promising start with their opening pair of Mitchell Marsh and David Warner. However, Pathirana's fiery spell turned the tide in favor of Chennai Super Kings, as he not only dismissed Marsh but also claimed the crucial wicket of Warner, who had scored a brisk 52 runs.
