The big-hitting Liam Livingstone has been in fine form over the past few years as he has managed to struck runs at an incredible rate for his team, thanks to his massive sixes. The right-hander has done a decent job over the period of time for which his power needs to be credited.

Currently a part of the England setup for their series against New Zealand, Livingstone took the Kiwi bowlers by storm as he smashed a 40-ball 52, helping his side reach a par total of 291 in the 1st ODI. However, his knock consisted of three boundaries and as many sixes, with all the maximums coming in the same over against the quick Kyle Jamieson as he completed a hattrick of biggies.

During the 43rd Over, Liam took Jamieson to the cleaners at deep backward region on the third ball of the over, which was actually a slower one. Following delivery, the pacer tried giving him some pace, which resulted badly as the power-hitter cleared the ropes for another six, but this time down the ground as he went over the bowler's head.

The fifth ball of the over saw no different result as Livingstone banged a short delivery to the leg-side boundary for another six.

Livingstone reached his half-century in just 39 deliveries, which was also the second of his career in this format. Later, he lost his wicket to Tim Southee, giving a straight-forward catch to Daryl Mitchell.

By the time of publishing, New Zealand had batted 20 overs with 114 for the loss of one wicket.
