[Watch] Haris Rauf Takes A One-Handed Screamer As Shaheen Afridi Dismisses Finn Allen

Pakistan fielding has been below par in this T20I series against the Kiwis, however, on Friday, Haris Rauf plucked a screamer in the third game of the series to stun Finn Allen. It was a nothing delivery from Shaheen Afridi, but Rauf grabbed an impossible catch as the Pakistan side got an early breakthrough.

Pakistan won the toss and they decided to bowl first and the decision was rewarded instantly as Shaheen, despite not being at his best got the crucial wicket of Allen, who loves to play at Eden Park.

He bowled it full on the pads and Allen flicked it down the leg side. Rauf was there at the short fine leg region as he flew to his right and took a one-handed stunner as it was travelling fast. The Pakistan fielder leaped in the air and gave an early wicket to his side in this do-or-die match at Auckland.

Both the Pakistan stars were under pressure heading into this encounter. Both were dropped from the ODIs and had lacklustre outings in the first two matches. Rauf didn't play in the first T20I, but didn't do much in the second game.

The same was the case with Shaheen, who came under pressure for his recent outings and head coach, Aaqib Javed even warned him to improve his performance and upgrade his skills. Both Shaheen and Rauf have three T20Is to redeem themselves as Pakistan need to win this game to stay alive in the T20I series as they trail, 0-2.
