Haris Rauf was dropped form the ODI setup but the Pakistan pacer responded back in some style as he delivered the goods in the ongoing T20I series against New Zealand and was at his best in the 4th game of the series as the Kiwis. When his team needed him the most, Raudf stood up and took wickets for fun in the ongoing clash.

Rauf's magical ball shatters Chapman's stumps

Pakistan opted to bowl first after winning the toss and the Kiwi openers Tim Seifert and Finn Allen gave a rocking start as the duo added 59 runs inside 4.1 overs to lay a foundation for a strong score. The Pakistan side needed a wicket and they got that in the form of Seifert.

Rauf delivered with the wicket of Seifert as Pakistan saw an opening and then, he got the prized wicket of Pakistan's biggest nemesis, Mark Chapman with a brilliantly disguised ball.

Chapman had a premeditated shuffle across the off stump as Rauf bowled a magical off-cutter on the leg stump. The Kiwi batter missed the shot as the ball shattered the stumps and Rauf looked pumped up after the wicket.

Rauf dropped from ODIs after poor Champions Trophy

Rauf was one of Pakistan's main bowlers in the Champions Trophy but he failed in the entire tournament, picking up just 2 wickets.

He had a high economy rate as Rauf was taken to the cleaners, first by New Zealand and then by the Indian side.

After a disappointing run, he was dropped from the ODIs for the matches against New Zealand, but was retained for the T20Is as he showed his class in the format.
