The Oval Invincibles Women are taking on the Southern Brave Women in the 22nd match of the Women's Hundred 2024 at the Kennington Oval in London. The Southern Brave won the toss and opted to field first. 

The Oval Invinvicbles would have depending a lot on their openers, Chamari Athapaththu and Lauren Winfield-Hill to give them a good start. Athapaththu can be destructive at the top with her aggressive stroke plays and take the game away from the opposition.

While the invincibles would have hoped for Athapaththu to fire, the Southern Brave were looking up to someoe like Lauren Cheatle to get them off to a good start. The young left-arm seamer from Australia is a great new ball bowler. She has the ability get some movement with the new cherry and trouble the top order batters. 


Lauren Cheatle got the better of Chamari Athapaththu

With the stage was set for both the teams to take an early advantage in the game, it was the Brave's plan that worked out.
