Babar Azam is one of the most popular cricketers in Pakistan and whatever he does, becomes a news. The continuous spotlight is both a boon and a bane, and the player often gets criticised by fans and media. However, it doesn't stop him from enjoying himself both on and off the field and the same was seen during the second Test between Pakistan and West Indies.
In a video that is going viral on social media, Babar Azam is seen taking Mohammad Rizwan's gloves on Day 2 of the second Test against West Indies. The former Pakistan captain in the meanwhile wears his gloves and starts walking way from Rizwan, creating quite a funny moment on the ground.
Pakistan In Danger Of Losing 2nd Test Against West Indies
The video shows Babar Azam's fascination for wicketkeeping gloves and also shows how he likes to keep the atmosphere cool and relaxed on the field. Meanwhile, Pakistan are in danger of losing the second Test against West Indies as they still need 178 runs with only six wickets in hand.
Babar Azam was batting quite well in the second innings and scored 31 off 67 balls, but fell at the fag end of Day 2 and West Indies are right on top on a pitch that is turning quite a lot. Earlier on day 2, West Indies batter displayed great character and they managed to set a target of 254 to Pakistan.
The home team is leading the series, and if West Indies win this game, it would be a big upset in the world of cricket.
