Rajasthan Royals' Ravichandran Ashwin left the entire Barsapara Stadium awestruck as he switched gears and smashed two boundaries and a stunning maximum off Punjab Kings' Rahul Chahar.

In the 11th over, Ashwin turned heads as he attacked Chahar with back to back shots. He first smacked a maximum off a full length delivery and sent it straight towards the long-on and it passed over the boundary. 

Chahar tried to hold his nerves, but the scientist clearly had another plan as he embodied Kevin Pietersen's iconic 'switch hit' and slammed the very next ball over the backward point with it. And then to end things on a much sweeter note, he smacked another boundary straight to the extra cover.

However, Ashwin had to face the consequences of this as he was dismissed in the very next over by Arshdeep Singh. At the time of writing, RR is at 101/5.
