RCB legend Virat Kohli has completed 250 sixes in the IPL, making him only the fourth player to achieve this milestone and the second Indian to do so.
Kohli achieved this feat against KKR at Eden Gardens today. It occurred when Kohli hit his second six of the innings in the second over, off the third ball bowled by Mitchell Starc.
Kohli achieves special milestone
Kohli is someone who has played in every IPL season since 2008. Tonight marked his 245th IPL game, and in this game, he achieved his 250th six, which is a phenomenal record.
Chris Gayle leads the chart with 357 sixes and is also the player who hit 250 sixes the fastest. Rohit Sharma holds the record for the most sixes by an Indian player, with 275 sixes. And, the former partner of Kohli at RCB, AB de Villiers has 251 sixes to his name.

Kohli holds numerous records in the IPL. He previously held the record for the most tons in the IPL, and he extended it with scoring his eighth this season against the Rajasthan Royals. With 7500+ runs in the IPL and 8003 runs for his franchise RCB, he's among the top run-scorers.
More over, he surpassed Suresh Raina's record for the most catches, achieving his 110th catch against RR by taking Parag's catch.
