Opening the innings alongside her partner Amy Jones, Tammy Beaumont played a scintillating 107-run knock off 104 deliveries, as she smacked eight boundaries and four sixes during her innings and fell in the 36th over to Cherry Ann Fraser.

She struggled at the start of her innings but did remarkably well to set the pace for this game, as she kept on smacking boundaries with six fours and two sixes coming after reaching her half-century. Beaumont changed gears successfully, as she outmuscled the West Indian women's side with her fluent hitting abilities.

Beaumont achieved her century in 96 deliveries, whereas she consumed 74 balls for her half-century which was her 24th in Women ODIs. Interestingly, she only took 22 balls for reaching her century after scoring 50, which is the fewest balls consumed to reach the 100-mark after scoring 50.

With this, she is now the fastest scorer to score 100 after 50, joining the likes of Deandra Dottin and Lizelle Lee, who did the same against Pakistan and England, respectively.
