Riding on scintillating half-centuries of Ross Taylor and Ashley Nurse, India Capitals thwarted aside Bhilwara Kings in a high-scoring semi-final at the Barkatullah Khan Stadium, Jodhpur on Sunday, October 2.
Chasing the victory target of 227 runs, Ross Taylor and Ashley Nurse wreaked absolute havoc and clobbered the Bhilwara bowlers to all corners of the park as India Capitals cruised home in 19.3 overs.
While Taylor played a belligerent knock of 84 runs from 39 deliveries, studded with nine boundaries and five towering sixes, Ashley Nurse remained undefeated for 28-ball 60, which included five boundaries and four sixes.
