Rishabh Pant's rise in Test cricket has been quite swift over the years. The wicketkeeper batter is just 27 years old, but he has already broken plenty of records in the longest format and has shown great consistency despite his aggressive approach.
The Indian wicketkeeper has five hundreds against England already, and almost all his knocks have come at a rapid rate. He also tends to hit a lot of boundaries during his knocks and is known for his ability to hit effortless sixes.

Now, at Lord's, Pant has shown his six-hitting prowess again and blasted two massive sixes in his knock of 74 runs. The second six was his 35th against England in Test cricket, and it has taken him over West Indian great Vivian Richards, who hit 34 sixes in his Test career against England.
Tim Southee is third in the list with 30 sixes against England in his long Test career, while Yashasvi Jaiswal and Shubman Gill complete the top five with 27 and 26 sixes respectively. The presence of young Indian players shows how the game has changed in recent times.
