Pakistan captain Salman Ali Agha has won an important toss in the second T20I and has decided to chase after losing the first match. They have made one change with Salman Mirza coming in for Shaheen Afridi.

South Africa, on the other hand, have brought in Ottinel Baartman in place of Lizaad Williams. In the first match, South Africa defended the target quite comfortably despite the conditions favouring the chasing side and would be looking to do the same again in this encounter.

Salman Ali Agha (Pakistan captain): "We will bowl first. (On the pitch) Looks like a bit slow. But there might be some dew. We want to brush the previous game away and focus on this one. Salman Mirza is in for Shaheen Afridi. We just wanted to give him a go."

Donovan Ferreira (South Africa captain): "We were looking to bat first so it has worked in our favour. Baartman is in for Williams. It felt really good to win the last one. But that is in the past now. Time to access these conditions and give our best now. Any performance you can get better. From batting perspective, it is important to build partnership. We lost wickets in the last game but were able to recover."
