After suffering back-to-back losses in the first and second ODIs against Australia Women, Pakistan Women will want to avoid a whitewash and win their final encounter.

All-rounder Nida Dar has asked authorities to give Pakistan more matches at both the international and domestic levels to bridge the gap between the top-tier sides and them.

Dar is Pakistan's leading run-getter in the ongoing three-ODI series with 83 runs. The Bismah Maroof-led side lost both their matches by huge margins of eight and 10 wickets, respectively.

As per ESPNcricinfo, Dar further emphasised the need for Pakistani players to play in overseas conditions or leagues to level up their game.

"We need more matches to minimise the gap with the best teams. We always wanted to play competitive [cricket] and we can only improve when we play a lot of matches against the best teams.

"Always wanted to play Australia and share the experience, learn from [them], but the thing is as a team we need more exposure and more matches against Australia. We definitely learn a lot and that's what we want."

The third and final ODI will be played on Saturday, following which both teams will take part in a three-match T20I series from January 24.
