On Sunday, September 7, Pakistan locked horns against Afghanistan for the final of the Tri-Series in the UAE. The Men in Green, batting first, could only score 141 runs on the board and fell prey to Afghanistan's spin talent.

In reply, Salman Ali Agha constantly motivated his teammates and made them believe in defending the total. His inspiring words and boy language helped Pakistan take regular wickets and stop Afghanistan from an embarrassing 66 courtesy of Mohammad Nawaz's hat-trick, resulting in a 75-run win to claim the tri-series.

It was an important win for Pakistan as they will head into the Asia Cup 2025 with a positive mindset. Further, Pakistan and Afghanistan have enjoyed a heated rivalry in the past few years, which is why the players were extra pumped and motivated.

Meanwhile, Salman Ali Agha is going viral on the internet after one of his conversations with his players between the overs was caught on the stump mic. In the now viral video, Salman could be heard using abusive slang (can't be put in words), used locally, which caught the internet's attention.

A section of fans found it funny and burst out laughing, while another section was stunned to see Agha Salman use such kind of language during a match.

Agha's frustration might have also crept in from the fact that he isn't able to deliver with the bat as he would have wanted. Talking about the tri-series, the 31-year-old has scored just 109 runs in five innings, averaging just 27.25.

His highest score was in the first match vs Afghanistan, where he slammed an unbeaten 53 (36). Talking about the final, Agha fell for just 24 (27), but hit two sixes off Rashid Khan.
