On Monday, England's 'Bazball' approach thumped Pakistan yet again in the second Test match at Multan. Chasing a tricky 355, Pakistan showed a bit of resistance, but Ben Stokes and co. proved too strong and won the game by 26 runs and took an unassailable 2-0 lead.

After the nail-biting finish, England skipper Stokes 'hailed' his side and also applauded the efforts of the opposition bowler, Abrar Ahmed, who took 11 wickets in his debut Test.

Hats off to the lads: Stokesy

"Different conditions and a different game. Things happened quickly as compared to last week. It went down to the wire and it was good to be a part of it. It was a tricky wicket for slower bowling. We were fortunate that with the cracks opening up, our seamers became effective. Jimmy, Robbo, and Woody seriously put in a great effort, hats off to the lads."

He added: It was a great debut for Abrar, so congratulations to him. But we still managed to score off him. It was a pleasure with the way we stuck at the task of going out and putting them under pressure even if the conditions aren't in our favours."

After an entertaining Multan Test match, the caravan shifts to Karachi for the third and the final game of the series. England will be eyeing a series whitewash.
