The much-awaited second Test between Pakistan and Bangladesh got off to a rainy start. The first day of the five-day Test was called off. This decision was taken as it continued to rain persistently, and the ground was submerged in water. Moreover, even if the rain had stopped, it would have been impossible for the groundsmen to get the playing conditions ready.

Nevertheless, as we proceed to the second day of the Rawalpindi Test, Shan Masood and Co. have a lot on their shoulders as they aim to recover from the damage done in the first test and at least draw the series.
