The stage is set for a riveting battle as India will take on arch-rivals Pakistan in the Asia Cup 2025 group stage match at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium. Both sides won their respective first match of the tournament and will enter this contest with a sense of confidence. However, the emotions are always high in an India Vs Pakistan game, and neither of the two could afford to lose the game.

How the two teams fare against each other

India made light work of the hosts, the UAE, in their opening fixture, winning the game by 9 wickets, showcasing a dominant display of batting and bowling. The Men in Blue will be riding high on confidence and will certainly enter the match against Pakistan as the favourites, having won the last two T20I encounters. 

Talking about Pakistan, the Men in Green defeated Oman in a one-sided battle, and just like India, they were hardly pushed beyond their limits. Though batting still remains a concern for the Salman Ali Agha-led side, they would be eager to rectify the mistakes against a strong Indian bowling attack.
