The 29th match of the Maharaja T20 League will be played between Mangalore Dragons and Gulbarga Mystics on Sunday, August 27 at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium.

Mangalore Dragons have played nine matches so far in the tournament, out of which they have managed to claim four victories while losing five games. 

They are currently holding down fourth place with eight points in the bag. This upcoming match is almost a do-or-die situation for them as a win here would push them to 10 points and keep their playoff hopes alive.  

Krishnamurthy Siddharth and Sharath BR are crushing the runs for the Dragons, while Paras Gurbax Arya is among the wickets. To nail the win in this game, these three need to keep their game strong and drive the team to win. 

Gulbarga Mystics 

Gulbarga Mystics, on the other hand, are just one victory away from locking in their spot in the play-offs. They are sitting pretty in third place on the points table, bagging five wins out of nine games. 

When it's about putting runs on the board, R Smaran, Chethan LR, and Macneil Hadley Noronha are the big guns for the Mystics. And in the bowling department, Abhilash Shetty is their main man, leading not just their team, but the entire tournament in wickets.
