MI played their last game against defending champions Gujarat Titans (GT) in Match no. 57 in Mumbai where the home side emerged victorious by a margin of 27 runs, thanks to a blistering century from Suryakumar Yadav.

Captain Hardik Pandya won the toss and opted to field first. It was all about Suryakumar who smashed his maiden IPL hundred. The right-handed batter slammed 103 off just 49 with 11 fours and 6 maximums as MI posted a mammoth total of 218/5 on the board. Rashid Khan was the standout bowler for the Titans for his spell of 4/30 (4).

Chasing 219, Vijay Shankar scored 29 while David Miller hit 41 but GT never really looked like in the run-chase.
