The 10th match of the ongoing third season of the Women’s Premier League will be played between DC-W and GG-W at the M Chinnaswamy Stadium on Tuesday. It would be the first time when these two teams would be facing each other this season.
Runners-up during the first two seasons, Delhi Capitals Women have won and lost a couple of matches each this year to be at the third position on the points table. As was the case with them in both the previous seasons, Gujarat Giants Women continue to struggle at the bottom of the table.
While both the teams have lost alternate matches thus far, that streak will get paused for one of them tomorrow. On paper, however, there is no hiding to the fact that Delhi appear to be the stronger unit.
