Tim David, the Australian power hitter and a vital cog in RCB's batting lineup in the middle order, has unleashed fury in the Abu Dhabi T10 League Final against Aspin Stallions on November 30.
Tim David, while playing for UAE Bulls, hammered a 30-ball 98, just two runs short of a century, in his unbeaten run. David's fiery form gives a glimpse of the blueprint he has set ahead of the IPL 2026 that is set to take place after a couple of months. David's form will surely be a reason for RCB fans to celebrate, who retained the star for his explosive finishing abilities.
Tim David smashes 30-ball 98 to demolish Aspin Stallions
Coming into bat for UAE Bulls, Tim David started to fire at number 4 after the team lost both the openers early in the 3rd over. David struck at a crazy rate of 326.67 to rack up 98 runs from 30 deliveries, laced with 12 sixes and 3 boundaries.
The bowlers to bear the brunt of David's attack were Romano Nedd, Binura Fernando, and Karim Janat among others. Rovman Powell, who stayed unbeaten at the other end with David, however, was quiet with the bat with only 24 runs from 20 balls.
Nevertheless, David's power-hitting helped the Bulls rack up 150 runs from 10 overs as Stallions came in to chase the improbable target.
Tim David firepower to be celebrated by RCB
Not just in this match, but Tim David has been in scintillating form in the tournament, which he began playing from November 18. He has had scores of 57, 59, and 40s as he averages 65.50 from his 9 innings in the league.
This, again, adds to RCB's potential with the bat in the lower middle order where David has been a useful cog last year. Notably, for RCB, in 2025, David piled up 187 runs at an average of 62.33 from his 12 innings.
