That's it from the live coverage of this fixture! Do join us for the IND vs AUS final ODI tomorrow!

So, the Delhi Capitals Women are directly through to the finals as they beat the UP Warriorz Women by 5 wickets with 13 balls to spare. They top the group ahead of Mumbai Indians Women on Net Run Rate. A complete all-round performance from Meg Lanning and her girls.

Kapp sends it to fence and DC win the match here!

Jonassen reverse sweeps it towards point. Kapp wanted a quick run and sets off from the non-striker's end. Jonassen was late to react and was stranded in the middle of the pitch. The throw comes in at the bowler's head and Deepti collects it and dislodges the bails. Jonassen is well short of the crease but the decision has been sent upstairs just to be sure.

Another wicket goes down here!

Stumped!!! Ecclestone has a cheeky smile on her face. Tosses this up on the stumps and turns away after pitching, Capsey steps out of the crease but fails to get to the pitch of the ball. She tries to swing it into the leg side but misses it completely. Healy behind the stumps collects it cleanly and whips the bails in a flash as Capsey has no chance of getting back in the crease.

While there was no need to rush, Alice decided to dance down the track and ended up getting stumped!

10 runs are left with 25 balls to go!

Delhi are slowly inching towards the total!

Capsey sweeps it to the fence as DC bring up their Hundred after 11.4 overs!

DC move onto 92-3 courtsey another maximum from Alice's blade!

Stop it Alice! This time a top notch reverse sweep for a boundary!

This she dances down and hits it straight to the fence over the head of the bowler!

Alice tonks it down the ground towards Ismail who makes a basic error and gifts a boundary!

Ecclestone has been brought into the attack as UP look to strengthen their grip on this fixture!

Badal: The runs have slowed down since the departure of Lanning!

UP 3 down now for 70 after 6.5 overs!

Short pitch delivery into the body as Lanning pulls it straight into the hands of the fielder at deep square leg. Ismail strikes, she is on fire!

Ultra Edge shows bat involved and Lanning survives!

They decide to go for the review against Lanning.

Fair delivery. A cutter from Ismail here, Lanning prods forward and a loud appeal and is turned down here.

Ultra edge has shown that there was a slight edge on it and but Jemimah didn't take the review!

Ismail back into the attack and she manages to trap Jemimah in front of the wicket! Another blow for Capitals!

Meanwhile, DC need to complete the chase inside 19.4 overs to directly qualify for the final!

After the end of the powerplay DC are 67-1 after 6 overs! It has been yet another great start for the team in red and blue!

Meg smokes it into the stands over extra covers!

In walks Jemimah!

Yashasri picks her maiden wicket in WPL and dismisses Shafali Verma who was looking dangerous in the middle.

Short of a length into the pitch, Verma looks to carve it down the ground and does not time it. She gets holed out at long-on. She gets the height and not the distance as Verma departs for 21 off 16 balls.

The onslaught ends as Shafali slaps it straight into the hands of Ecclestone at long-on!

Another boundary this time slapped down the ground!

50 run-partnership comes for DC openers!

Shafali goes across to the off side and ramps it down to fine leg for a boundary!

A cracking square drive by Meg and she is back as the highest run scorer of the WPL!

Anjali into the attack and Shafali smokes her down the ground for a boundary!

34-0 after 4 overs by DC

Another relatively low scoring over comes to an end!

Flicked to the fence by Meg!

Sophie Ecclestone into the attack as UP search for an early wicket!

The scoring rate has dropped just a touch in the second over and DC are now on 28-0 after 2 overs!

Badal: I am starting to have the feeling that DC are always in an hurry to finish matches. They don't care who the opposition are, they only know who to smoke it to all parts.

4️⃣ 4️⃣ 4️⃣ 6️⃣ and that is 20 off the first over and DC are off to a flyer!!

4️⃣ 4️⃣ 4️⃣....Meg Lanning goes bang bang in the first over!!!

Free hit ➡️ Lanning swivels and it is another boundary towards mid-wicket...

FFOOOUUURR!! Shabnam Ismail oversteps...and the ball was on the pads that Meg Lanning sends for a boundary. Free hit to follow...

Second Innings Starts.....

We are heading into the inning break and will be back shortly!

6 more runs have been added and they finish on 138! Despite not being at their best UP have posted a target of 139 for DC. And, it will be interesting to see what approach Meg Lanning's team come out with.

Now it looks like a respectable total!

A boundary is followed up by a maximum and they move onto 132-6 after 19.4 overs!

McGrath has continued the onslaught in the final over!

10 runs off the last two balls of the penultimate over! That's how it is done.

Badal: If they can add another 20 runs, they might be saved from humiliation in the second inning given how Delhi have been chasing of late.

UP are 105-6 after 18 overs!

Slower ball tossed up here, Sophie comes down the track as the ball is fired down the leg side. The keeper whips off the bails here. The wide will be given, but they lose another. It's a wide plus a wicket here.

Actually, out walks Sophie here as she is the latest to get stumped!

In walks Sophie....

The Third Umpire has a look and confirms her dismissal!

Tosses it up here outside off, Deepti goes for the slog sweep and misses as the keeper whips off the bails.

Alice comes into the attack and covers up for the drop catch with a wicket!

McGrath lofts it down the ground, Alice runs in towards ball, she manages to get her hands on it but fails to keep hold of it!

100 comes up for UP!

Another boundary this time courtsey the fielder at long-on!

McGrath reversesweeps it to the fence!

Another wicket falls for UP they are 4 down for 92 after the 15th over

Tosses it up here, Navgire comes down the track and misses as she is beaten in the flight. She runs past it as the keeper does the rest by whipping off the bails.

Just a few balls later Navgire is back in the hut!

DC lose the review and McGrath survives!

Review

Bat ➡️ Not Involved | Pitching ➡️ Outside off | Impact ➡️ In line | Wickets ➡️ Missing

Full and straight here, McGrath goes for the sweep and misses. Oh, hang on! We have a review here. Meg Lanning has gone upstairs.

After the end of 14 overs UP Warriorz are 88/3

Meanwhile, have a look at Healy's inside out shot for a maximum!

In the air and is taken here. Tosses it wide outside off, Shaikh goes for the big one and drives it straight to mid-off. Jemimah will not drop these as Radha gets her second wicket. This wicket could be a blessing in disguise for UP as Simran was really struggling out there. She departs for 11 off 23 balls.

Another one bites the dust as UP look to pick up the pace here!

Someone needs to pick the pace up here, if they want to get to a respectable total!

At the halfway mark UP are 63-2! They surely need at least another 80 runs to stand a chance in this fixture.

Ohh wait! Alice strikes! Length ball outside off, Healy dances down but fails to get bat on ball. Alice finally get her wicket!

Healy now smokes it to the fence for a boundary! Rubbing salt onto the wounds!

Healy dropped yet again! This time it is Alice Capsey who spills it.

While UP have only lost one wicket, they are not scoring at the require run rate. They have been keen on picking up singles which will not help their cause.

Badal: This has been a decent start by UP, while the scoring rate isn't that great they do have wickets in hand which will help them in the long run.

Time for the Strategic Time Out!

Healy tonks one into the stands! And, the fifty comes up for UP!

Skipper Meg Lanning drops a sitter, no one expects her to drop a catch. But, things just happen.

Badal: The scoring rate has dropped of late but with Healy still out in the middle, it won't be the case for long, that's for sure.

UP are 37-1 after 5 overs!

Tosses this up on the stumps from round the wicket, Sehrawat's eyes lit up as she looks to hit it straight back over the bowler's head. She swings hard at it but loses her shape in the process as she gets a leading edge. Jonassen at point settles under this and pouches it safely. Sehrawat will be disappointed with herself as she was looking good tonight.

Radha comes into the attack and strikes straightaway! Sehrawat departs!

While it was a quick fire start! DC have managed to pull things back with a wicket!

UP are trying to take the attack to the opposition here! They have added another 10 runs inthe second over!

7 runs off the first over! A great fielding effort by Jess in the deep saves a run for DC!

Healy starts off the proceeding with a boundary!

Marizanne Kapp has the new ball in her hand!

Alyssa Healy and Shweta Sehrawat are the openers!

Players are making their way to the middle...

We are minutes away from the start of this fixture...

Healy has decided to make three changes! Grace Harris has been rested!

Meg has decided to field an unchanged XI!

DC have decided to bowl first!

Time for the toss!

What a tournament we have had so far! In a blink of an eye, we have reached the final league match in the inaugural edition of the Women's Premier League (WPL). It's UP Warriorz Women vs Delhi Capitals Women in the 20th match of the competition at Brabourne Stadium in Mumbai.

The Warriorz are coming off a good win against Gujarat Giants where the Australian power hitter Grace Harris shone once again. Chasing 179, the UP-based franchise was in trouble losing three wickets inside the powerplay. But Harris pulled off a brilliant knock alongside her countrywoman Tahlia McGrath to bail out her team from that position. However, wickets tumbled in the latter stages of the run chase, but Sophie Ecclestone made sure that there was no slip-up.

With this win, the Alyssa Healy-led side stayed in third place with eight points from seven matches, winning four and losing three games to knock out Royal Challengers Bangalore's any hope of sneaking into the playoffs.

On the flip side, the Capitals are fresh from decimating Mumbai Indians in an one-sided affair. Bowling led by Marizanne Kapp, followed by the fiery top order was enough to dethrone the Harmanpreet Kaur-led unit from the points table. This huge win boosted DC's net run rate and now comfortably sit at the top with ten points from seven matches, winning five and losing two games.

A loss in this fixture for the Meg Lanning-led camp could make them play in the Eliminator for a place in the final but a win here would almost seal them a finals ticket. But, all these also depend on the result of the match between MI and RCB.

The live coverage of this fixture will start shortly so stay tuned in...

Hello and a warm welcome to the live coverage of match number 20 between UP Warriorz and Delhi Capitals. Both teams have already qualified but a lot is still at stake. Delhi will have to win this fixture if they want to qualify for the final directly! If they fail to do so, MI will head into the win and than DC will have to square up against UP in the semi-final!
