England vs Pakistan (Source: Twitter)
Pakistan and England will be playing a high voltage final of the T20 World Cup 2022, at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. Both the teams have fought hard to be the top two of the tournament.
England won their first match against Afghanistan but that was followed by a shock defeat against Ireland. The very next match against Australia was abandoned due to rain and their survival in the tournament was in a spot of bother.
But England did not lose hope and they came back strong winning the next two Super 12 matches. In the semi-finals they steam rolled India outside the tournament and have made their into the summit clash.
Pakistan also had a rocky start to their tournament. In their first outing they lost a close match against their arch-rivals, India. This was followed by a huge upset, where Zimbabwe defeated them by 1 run.
After the initial setbacks Pakistan bounced back strongly and a few results of other teams also went their way. But in the semi-finals they won the match against New Zealand rather one-sidedly and are now into the finals.
