In the midst of a raging divorce rumours with wife Dhanashree Verma, Indian cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal is set to appear on the reality show Bigg Boss 18. He will share the stage with Bollywood megastar Salman Khan to represent his IPL team, Punjab Kings, on the Weekend episode.

Yuzvendra Chahal, despite being one of the most successful spinners in Indian cricket, has been out of the team for a long while now. While the leg spinner has not given up on his comeback dream, off-field controversy has plagued Chahal’s reputation to an extent.

Just some weeks ago, rumours started appearing about Yuzvendra Chahal planning a divorce with his wife Dhanashree Verma. The couple got married in 2020 after their brief courtship during Covid-19 lockdown.

However, rumours suggest that after trouble in paradise, the couple is likely to get divorced soon and have been living separately for a while now.

Meanwhile, amid raging speculations over his personal life, Yuzvendra Chahal is set to feature in Bigg Boss 18 alongside Salman Khan in the upcoming Weekend Ka Vaar episode. 

According to Times Now Network, the leg-spinner will be joined by fellow cricketers Shreyas Iyer and Shashank Singh as they represent Preity Zinta’s Kings Punjab ahead of IPL 2025.

The episode promises a mix of cricket, entertainment, and drama, especially as fans speculate about Chahal’s personal life.
