On Saturday, January 18, the BCCI will announce the squad for the upcoming Champions Trophy 2025. The prestigious fifty-over tournament will occur in Pakistan from February 19 to March 9. Eyes would be on India to lift another ICC trophy after their 2024 T20 World Cup heroics. 

Meanwhile, fans are praying for Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma to regain their lost mojo. Notably, the two veterans are under the scanner as they failed to perform with the bat in the last couple of months. Both Virat and Rohit had a disastrous Border-Gavaskar Trophy and even in ODIs, they had a series to forget against Sri Lanka in July. 

Virat's Fan Takes A Holy Dip In Ganga

Meanwhile, in the latest events, the fans are literally praying for their form to return as a video of a fan from Mahakumbh has gone viral, where he took a holy dip in Ganga for Virat Kohli to return to form. The fans wished for Kohli to return to his Test peak and also smash 5-6 centuries in the Champions Trophy 2025. 

Virat Kohli Visits Premanand Ji Maharaj Ashram Ahead Of Champions Trophy 2025

After the BGT, Virat returned to India and headed straight to Vrindavan with Anushka Sharma and his kids to meet Premanandji Maharaj. Video of the two interacting with Premanandji went viral and the fans contemplated that Virat went there to seek blessings and shut the outside noise to focus on his game and return to form with the bat.

It is not the first time that Virat and Anushka have visited Premananadji Maharaj's Ashram, rather they previously went with Vamika a few years ago.
