UAE cricketer Chirag Suri has jokingly confirmed that Shubman Gill has been dating Sara Tendulkar, and the dashing opening batsman will likely become the next Indian cricketer to tie the knot.
During a recent interview, Suri laughingly claimed that Sara, who has spent all her life watching her father play for Team India, will likely spend the rest of her life with another professional Indian cricket player.

Sara’s supposed romance with Shubman Gill has been buzzing across social media for quite some time, and the trend keeps getting traction whenever she is spotted at the stadium cheering for the Indian team, especially when Gill is playing.
In the meantime, Shubman Gill himself has a World Cup to conquer, as he is currently helming the opener’s role alongside captain Rohit Sharma at the ongoing 2023 cricketing carnival in India.
The 24-year-old missed India’s first two fixtures of the tournament owing to illness but made a roaring comeback to the side in the second week of the competition. Gill notched up match-winning half-centuries against Bangladesh and Sri Lanka and has been consistently providing blazing starts at the top alongside Sharma.
The batting prodigy will now turn up for Team India in their subsequent World Cup 2023 challenge against Netherlands. While the ‘Men in Blue’ have already qualified for the semi-finals, a win over the Dutchmen will preserve their unbeaten record prior to the knockouts.
