The Entertainers Cricket League is here to stay and how! The popular influencers, YouTubers and social media personalities are kicking it right in to disrupt the cricket field as well and the 23rd match of the ECL was just about that.

Mumbai Disruptors clinched a dominant six-wicket victory over Rajasthan Rangers in the 23rd match of the European Cricket League (ECL) 2025 at the IG Indoor Stadium in Delhi where captain Munawar Faruqui of MD delivered a fiery start during their chase.

Munawar Faruqui Smashes Into A Fiery Start

While ECL saw some iconic cricket moments with Elvish Yadav, Munawar Faruqui didn't hold back from displaying his cricketing prowess. Munawar Faruqui smashed 23 runs off just 10 balls in the game, including one four and three sixes.

The professional comedian was seen playing all kinds of pull shots, cuts and solid defences that will even embarrass professional cricketers.

Notably, Faruqui's power-hitting set the tone for the chase before he was dismissed by Wasim Ahmed. Despite his early departure, Munawar's blistering knock gave the Disruptors the perfect foundation

Disruptors Floor Rangers With Easy Chase

Batting first, Rajasthan Rangers posted 127/8 in 10 overs, with skipper Zayn Saifi (31 off 15) and Karanjeet Singh Shah (39 off 19) playing vital knocks. Pratik Dinesh Bafna also contributed a quick 33 off 11 balls.

However, the standout performance came from Arham Abbasi, who dismantled the Rangers' batting order with remarkable figures of 6/19 in just two overs.

In response, Mumbai Disruptors came out all guns blazing. Munawar Faruqui and Aditya Singh Bhadoria (26 off 9) provided an explosive start, while Samarth Jurel and Ribbhuu Mehra kept the momentum going.

However, it was Arham Abbasi who finished the game in style, smashing five sixes at a staggering strike rate of 377.78 to take Mumbai over the line in just 7.1 overs.
