In a recent widely-shared video on social media, MS Dhoni, the former captain of the Indian cricket team and skipper of Chennai Super Kings, displayed his enduring enthusiasm for motorcycles by being seen riding one of his beloved bikes, the iconic Yamaha RD350, in his hometown of Ranchi. 

This video has reignited the interest in Dhoni's affection for the legendary RD350 Yamaha, which is said to have been his very first motorcycle purchase.



Produced from 1973 to 1975, the Yamada RD350 left an indelible mark on the world of motorcycling. It featured a powerful 350cc engine renowned for its exhilarating acceleration and distinctive two-stroke exhaust note. 

The RD350's lightweight frame and responsive handling made it a favorite among riders seeking excitement on the road or track. This bike's status as a high-performance legend has endured, with a devoted following among enthusiasts and collectors.




Dhoni has a notable collection of bikes, which includes a confederate X132 Hellcat, a high-end custom motorcycle known for its unique design and powerful performance. He also owns a Kawasaki Ninja H2, a supercharged sportbike known for its speed and cutting-edge technology.

Yamaha YZF600 Thundercat, sportbike with a reputation for agility and performance, and Royal Enfield Bullet 350, a classic and iconic Indian motorcycle, are among the other bikes in the cricketers collection.
